Deposits
A $500 deposit secures your place on a current litter or future waitlist and is applied toward the final puppy price.
Deposits are non-refundable but remain fully transferable between litters.
Because coat type, gender, and colouring depend on nature, we cannot guarantee specific traits within a particular pairing. However, your deposit guarantees placement with a healthy DreamDoods puppy.

Deposits are accepted by e-transfer within Canada and PayPal for international families.
Final Payment
Final payment is due when puppies reach six weeks of age or two weeks before go-home day.
This confirms your puppy’s placement within the litter. Delivery arrangements, if required, are finalized at the same time.
Priority Waitlist
Joining the Priority Waitlist guarantees placement with a DreamDoods puppy.
Benefits include:

• time to prepare for arrival
• flexibility to move between litters
• early notification when puppies are born
• installment payment flexibility
• guidance during the matching process
Visitation
DreamDoods puppies are raised inside the homes of our Puppy Care Team rather than in a kennel environment.
To protect both the health of our puppies and the privacy of the families raising them, in-person visits take place during our scheduled Open House weekend once puppies are reserved.
Families also receive regular virtual updates throughout early development.
Selection Order
Selection order follows the sequence deposits are received.
At approximately five weeks of age, families attend a guided virtual meeting where temperament observations help support confident puppy matching decisions.
Families with flexible preferences often receive placement sooner.

Health Guarantee
Each DreamDoods puppy includes a two-year genetic health guarantee covering serious congenital conditions.
Full details are provided in your adoption agreement.
Breeding Rights
DreamDoods puppies are placed on a companion agreement.
Breeding rights are available only to approved ethical breeding programs and must be arranged in advance.
