I understand that this form requests placement on a waitlist and does not reserve a puppy.*

I understand that heat cycles and litter timing are influenced by nature and timelines cannot be guaranteed.*

I understand a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a waitlist reservation once my application is approved.*

I aknowledge that if my future selected puppy becomes ill or otherwise unavailable prior to placement, DreamDoods will offer a suitable replacement puppy from the same litter or a future litter.*

I understand DreamDoods will contact me via email regarding litter updates.*
